My journey has taken me through the depths of addiction, Type 1 diabetes, diabetic infection, chronic pancreatitis, traumatic medical experiences, limb loss, severe chronic pain, and some of the darkest moments of my life. I’ve battled the mental and emotional weight that comes with losing parts of the life you once knew—and I’ve had to learn how to rebuild from the ground up.
I’m also a father of three, a recovering addict, an amputee, and someone who has experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to ask for help, accept your circumstances, and find a reason to keep moving forward.
THE DOPE COACH™ was born from that experience.
My coaching approach is direct, compassionate, empathetic, raw, practical, and rooted in accountability and a growth mindset. I help people identify the patterns keeping them stuck, develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen emotional awareness, rebuild confidence, establish meaningful goals, and take the next step—even when that step feels impossible.
Through one-on-one coaching, group coaching, motivational speaking, structured exercises, accountability, mindset work, and the tools I’ve developed through my own recovery journey, I help clients turn overwhelming challenges into manageable actions.
I don’t believe in pretending life is easy. I believe in learning how to face hard things without letting them define you.
My goal isn’t to tell people how to live their lives. It’s to walk beside them, challenge them when necessary, actively listen without judgment, and help them discover the strength they already possess.
Recovery. Resilience. Accountability. Purpose.
That’s THE DOPE COACH™
Because sometimes you don’t need someone to save you. You need someone who understands the fight—and knows how to help you take the next step.
