Hosted by artist and songwriter Hannah Alter (Leonelle), this podcast is rooted in a deeper mission: bringing people closer to their truest selves beneath the performance, protection, and patterns created to feel loved, safe or chosen.

Through candid reflection, spirituality, emotional healing, attachment patterns, relationships and the deeper truths we uncover when we stop abandoning ourselves for connection, these conversations explore the beauty, freedom and expansion that exist on the other side of the feelings we’ve spent our lives avoiding.

These episodes are raw, unfiltered and deeply human. Less polished answers, more real conversations about what it means to awaken to yourself.

If you’ve ever felt exhausted from performing, shape-shifting, or trying to be chosen… this space is for you.
<itunes:summary>Tell a Soul is a space for radical honesty, self-trust and the courage to be seen without the mask.
