Nothing would be created if no one was answering these calls to creation.

When we have a desire in our  life and we decide to go for it… that's when the powerful, potent passion energy is conjured up and energizes us. 

On the other hand, if we have a vision or a desire and we suppress it to settle for less than what we are passionate about … then the energy of passion isn’t conjured up. And the desire stays stuck in the always-a daydream realm. And our creative, life force energy doesn’t get fueled up properly. And we FEEL THIS because we are energetic, electromagnetic beings. We can feel drained, depleted, and dimmed down.

We are not here to pursue what we are not passionate about. We are here to follow the inner-spark. We’re here to fuel our lives through our burning passions and zest for life. <3

But its SO MUCH MORE THAN a lifestyle or what you see on someone's instagram. It's an embodiment and a way of BEING. It's a frequency you live on, based on your own vibration.

Freedom begins within us. As within, so without.

Our inner freedom = outer freedom.

For us to manifest a life of true freedom, we must make the inner shifts and do the deep inner healing to liberate ourselves from within.  To free ourselves from the self doubt, limiting beliefs, programming, conditioning, fears, negative self talk, and all the anchors holding us hostage on the inside. 

Then ...  our ideal, dreamiest life will begin to manifest on the outside. We become a vibrational match, as our elevated self. This is universal law.

I am so passionate about overcoming the fear of speaking your truth and unsuppressing yourself because this is something I have been healing for a few years now, ever since I answered the call to leave my 9-year corporate career to become a healer + coach + business owner. This fear is not the fear of being seen…

It's a fear of how our authentic expression will be perceived and received as we choose to be seen.

Today, we begin with, "To be free is to free yourself from the phrase, "I wish I could do that, BUT..." which is always followed by a limiting belief such as "that's not realistic", "that's not logical", "it's too reckless", "I'm not capable", etc. In this episode I share what is happening energetically and subconsciously when we say this phrase, what is means and how it limits us + holds us back. I also share how you can transmute this phrase so you can manifest what you truly aspire to manifest. When we stop allowing our perceived limitations to sit in the drivers seat, and instead take back our power and use our free-will... we set oursleves free.

To settle for less than our potential and for less than what we truly desire in life. We have been conditioned to feel limited and to play small. We exchange our greatest visions and dreams for comfort bubbles and familiarity, for the status quo, for the mainstream path that feels the safest because it's accepted by the majority. We settle for what is socially acceptable, for what people expect of us, for what will get us the most external approval and validation, and for what looks good on paper ... but doesn't align with what we truly desire in our hearts. 

It’s just all so MEDIOCRE.  Because society conditions us to be mediocre … to do mediocre mainstream things that are comfy, safe, and acceptable. To follow the cookie cutter path that the majority are following. This might sound harsh, but it’s the truth. We're born into mastery and settle for mediocrity. 

This isn't our fault... its our unhealed programming/conditioning and limiting beliefs inherited from our lineage, society, collective consciousness, and group thought that keep us in the cycle of settling. We have the power to transcend this.

It's time to break the cycle of settling. It's time to heal our perceived limitations and break free from settling so we can RISE UP, PLAY BIG, AND THRIVE.
