What started as learning how to channel energy became the doorway to seeing, hearing, and connecting with the other side, and eventually developing her own unique way of working that blends Reiki, mediumship, and light language.</span></p><p><span>We talk about what Reiki actually is beyond the surface level, how the body holds emotional blocks, and how energy shows up physically when something is out of alignment. From there, the conversation moves into mediumship, what it feels like to receive messages, how she distinguishes intuition from spirit, and what it means to act as a “vessel” between worlds.</span></p><p><span>We also get into my own experience working with her, including a moment where I tried (and slightly forced) my way into a past life… and what unfolded.
